Delivery Procedure

All Landmark deliveries are made using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Subject to credit acceptance handsets are dispatched within 5 working days of an order being placed. If you have been waiting longer than 5 working days please contact your local post office depot to find out if an attempt to deliver your package has been made. Your handset may be at the depot awaiting collection. All packages must be signed for when received.
